How our capability transfer process has enabled BAM to bring their experimentation programme in-house

Problem

In Year 1 BAM were quickly seeing the benefits of their experimentation programme run by AWA, and generated £400k in just the first sixteen weeks. They had always wanted to bring these skills in house so that their team could start the process of taking over their experimentation programme. Hayley, their CRO Project Manager, had little experience in experimentation so AWA’s capability transfer process was an opportunity for her to skip years of training and take over the programme.

Results

“AWA people are very open in sharing their knowledge. They want us to succeed as much as we do”

Hayley skipped what could have been years of study and training, by working alongside Jonny, one of AWA’s Growth Consultants, for a 12-month capability transfer process.

Now, she can do everything from initial research and findings, prioritising BAM’s testing roadmap, setting the tests up with help from their wider team, analysing results from tests and sharing their learnings across the business.

Hayley now confidently runs BAM’s experimentation programme, knowing that they are using the correct techniques and interpreting the data correctly.
