After months of experimenting with OpenAI at AWA, we’re excited about its potential to save time by automating parts of the CRO workflow.
For example, reading through many rows of user feedback or open text survey responses is valuable. But time-consuming.
In this session we’ll show you how to connect GPT3 to Google Sheets to automate basic tasks and save hours, if not days. GPT3 is a sibling of the conversational AI platform ChatGPT.
You will see walk through examples of using GPT3 and Google Sheets to:
- Make survey analysis easier
- Create persuasive marketing messages directly inspired by customer reviews
- Automatically draft responses to customer service queries, selecting the best person to respond and emailing them about it
If you attend the session, you’ll receive a custom Google Sheets setup so you can implement these yourself.
