Your Google Analytics user interface (where you see your reports) has already been migrated to the Universal Analytics version. However, unless you also migrated your tracking code to Universal Analytics your upgrade is incomplete and means that:
You have not upgraded your site code or properly migrated all of your Standard Analytics to match the Universal Analytics standards.
A fully managed migration from Standard Analytics to Universal Analytics that mirrors your current tracking set up.
Plus, training on the new reports and features available to you.
You will be future-proofing your tracking and completing the migration in a planned and measured way – well in advance of Google's cut-off date for the Standard Analytics package you’re using now.
Because the migration involves changing some code, this service also provides an opportunity to review your tracking set up and consider upgrading other features too, for example Ecommerce Analytics or Google Tag Manager.

This depends on your current tracking, how much of that is to be migrated and what, if any, additional features you will need. We would also recommend upgrading to a test account to begin with, to make sure the upgrade functions as expected. This means there will also be a period of time where we will leave the test set up to run for a week or two, depending on traffic levels.
