Experimentation
Works
In-house vs. third-party experimentation platforms
Join fellow Experimentation practitioners for a virtual roundtable discussion
What is an Experimentation Works Roundtable?
An Experimentation Works Roundtable is a 90-minute discussion between you and other experimentation practitioners.
You’ll learn how other companies and organizations have overcome some of the same issues you may be facing. It’s the chance to ask questions, learn from larger businesses or provide advice and encouragement to others at the start of their journey.
It’s a private, unrecorded event with the focus on sharing and learning – and the chance to build up your network and profile. The discussion is facilitated by Johann Van Tonder, an experienced experimentation practitioner.
Experimentation Works is a bi-annual conference series. It’s named in honour of Stefan Thomke’s business-redefining book and brought to you by AWA digital, an experimentation agency.
Agenda
Topics to be discussed:
- Build or buy? How do you decide?
- What’s the pros and cons of building your own platform?
- The experimentation platform within the broader tech stack
At the roundtable there’ll be a chance for you to vote for your preferred starting topic, but we’ll aim to cover all three. Similarly, if you have a topic you’d love to discuss, please include it on the sign up form.
Who should attend?
This Experimentation Works roundtable is open to all experimentation practitioners – from both large and small organisations. It’s a great chance to learn, participate and meet others who are passionate about experimentation. You might be a product manager, an innovation champion in your business or an experienced conversion specialist or growth hacker.
Will the event be recorded?
No. Although we’ll do an anonymised roundup of the topics discussed, the roundtable will not be recorded.
How many places are there?
These events tend to work best when limited to 10 people, allowing everyone to share their experience and learnings.
How do I reserve my place?
Complete the form to register your interest. If we have a place available, we will confirm your place by sending you a calendar invite with a Zoom link to the roundtable.
