Your project is led by a Lead Optimiser, a highly experienced professional who specialises in optimisation. They brief and manage a team of optimisers in each of the specified languages. Training sessions are held to ensure that all analysis and research (especially usability research with real-time customers) is handled to the same standard, even when in different languages.

The Lead Optimiser co-ordinates all the multi-lingual research and analysis, prioritises areas to focus on and develops and runs split tests in different territories.

They also manage the project by calling on other team members such as translators, developers, designers and copywriters, to give you a seamless service.

The Multilingual CRO Service is offered in most languages used in the developed world, with creative work tailored to cultural differences. As with our Ongoing CRO service we do the difficult and time-consuming work of creating wireframes, writing copy and designing new webpages and launching split tests.

How long does it take?

You will usually see results of the first split tests within 8 weeks of starting a project, and then expect new results every month. Multilingual CRO is a continual process of improvement, so most clients opt for a rolling annual contract.

What do you need from me?

  • Time with you and your team for a kick-off meeting to establish how we will work together.
  • About an hour of your development team’s time to input four lines of code so that we can run surveys, usability research and run split tests.
  • Time with you and your team to present the findings of the deep-dive analysis and research, and recommendations for the first split tests.

Thereafter, we have short, regular status meetings, and you can contact your Lead Optimiser as often as you want.
