A three-step project which checks the set up of your Google Analytics account and makes changes and recommendations to tailor it to your business objectives.

What is it?

Firstly we audit your Google Analytics / Universal Analytics configuration to make sure it is installed correctly and providing accurate data. We document our findings into an easy to understand report with a traffic light system showing which settings are correct and giving you a prioritised list of recommended actions.

Secondly we discuss your data requirements with the main stakeholders within your organisation to create a map of your business objectives alongside the supporting Google Analytics tracking requirements.

With the measurement plan in hand, we then see where the gaps are in your Google Analytics tracking implementation. This final stage determines what is needed to fully customise Google Analytics to your requirements.

In addition, you’ll get a bespoke measurement plan which translates your business objectives into tracking requirements for your Google Analytics account. This document maps your business objectives (i.e. sell more products) to KPIs (revenue) and metrics (add to basket) with the configuration needed to measure it.
