    Your project is managed by a Lead Optimiser, a highly experienced professional who specialises in optimisation, with particular expertise in mobile. They conduct all the research and analysis, prioritise opportunities, and develop and report on the split tests. They also manage your project, calling on other team members such as developers, designers and copywriters, to give you a seamless service.

    The Lead Optimiser starts by studying your analytics and installing tools onto your mobile site to carry out both qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews with your customers and relevant staff.  This ‘deep-dive’ analysis takes around 4-6 weeks and is an exciting time where we start to uncover valuable insights about your mobile website visitors.

    Next we prioritise our findings using the unique Triage™ matrix. Having pinpointed the areas to focus on that will bring the most lucrative results in the speediest time, we draw up a plan which is our road map for the weeks and months ahead.

    Then comes the real meat of the project as we develop wireframes, copy and finished designs to split test. We run the split-tests for you, tell you which mobile site pages are performing better and help you put the new web pages live on your site so that you can enjoy the increased revenue.

    How long does it take?

    You will usually see results of the first split tests within 8 weeks of starting a Mobile CRO project and then expect new results every month. Mobile CRO is a continual process of improvement, so most clients opt for a rolling annual contract.

    What do you need from me?

    When you work with us, you can access our team for as much or as little time as you need. Typically this will be:

    • Time with you and your team for a kick-off meeting to establish how we will work together.
    • About half an hour of your development team’s time to input four lines of code so that we can run surveys, usability research and split tests on your mobile site.
    • Time with you and your team to present the findings of the deep-dive analysis and research, and recommendations for the first split tests.

    Thereafter, we have short, regular status meetings, and you can contact your Lead Optimiser as often as you want.
